(A COMEDY-DRAMA FEATURE FILM IN DEVELOPMENT)

The feature-length film Other White follows the comic and tragic life of a Slovak queer wanna-be filmmaker, as he tries to navigate his dream-crushing first year in London. This unrequited love letter to the capital city captures his uphill battle with classism, othering, dead-end jobs, the London queer dating scene, and learning to walk on the left side.

Selected for MIDPOINT Series Launch

The term Other White is a classification of ethnicity in the United Kingdom to describe white persons who are not of the English, Welsh, Scottish, Romani or Irish ethnic groupings.

Other Whites is a half-hour auteur dramedy show about how difficult it is to be a young immigrant from Eastern Europe chasing professional and romantic dreams in London. It's a series about four outsiders with broken English who desperately want to be included in Western society but cannot find the way in.
